Zoo Games and Shawn Johnson Plan Release of the First Gymnastics Simulation Game for Wii

Cincinnati-based publisher Zoo Games collaborates with sports superstar Shawn Johnson to create the first game dedicated solely to gymnastics on Wii.
Zoo Games, and wholly-owned subsidiary of Zoo Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZOOG) is set to release Shawn Johnson Gymnastics, the first game on Nintendo Wii dedicated to gymnastics – the game will also be released on DS and DSiWare. Compatible with the Wii Balance Board, the game will offer a truly realistic experience in the following gymnastics events: floor exercise, vault, balance beam and uneven parallel bars. Shawn Johnson Gymnastics is set to hit stores this November.

Shawn has worked closely with Zoo to provide incredibly realistic game play. By incorporating her gymnastics skills, consumers will be able to create an authentic gymnastics experience right from their very own living room.

New York City Played Host to Liukin for first JCPenney Tour Stop to Celebrate Girl Empowerment, Individuality and the Supergirl in All Young Girls

BURBANK, Calif., — July 26, 2010 /PRNewswire/ — Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP), on behalf of DC Comics, JCPenney and five-time Olympic Medalist and World Champion Nastia Liukin, joined forces in New York City this past Saturday to debut an all new collection of clothing for girls called Supergirl by Nastia. The event is part of a five-market tour, visiting JCPenney stores around the country. As part of the tour, Nastia is providing young girls motivational advice on achieving their goals, feeling confident and being smart, strong and empowered—being a Supergirl. Liukin also introduced the new fun, affordable lifestyle collection, which is available exclusively at JCPenney stores nationwide.

Liukin was on hand to host the action-packed, kick-off event at New York’s Greeley Square Park in front of JCPenney, which featured live gymnastic exhibitions, dance performances, fashion presentations and even onsite stretching and tumbling classes for young girls. Nastia also hosted a meet and greet for attendees and prizes were awarded to lucky winners throughout the event.

“The New York kick-off event was such an incredible way to introduce Supergirl by Nastia to young girls and help communicate a message of empowerment,” said Liukin. “It was so much fun to interact with all of the girls and I am thrilled to be able to continue hosting the remaining events all across the country!”

Following Saturday’s debut in New York City, the tour is set to make additional stops in Dallas, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Los Angeles, California; and Orlando, Florida. Joining in all markets will be kids from JCPenney’s Afterschool Fund and other local community groups who will enjoy an empowering message from Nastia, as well as the opportunity for prizes, including a shopping spree for back-to-school clothes, courtesy of JCPenney.

In the June 20th Episode of Make It or Break It, Emily Kmetko is surprised by her mom at the beginning of the episode with a Brand New Custom Tank Leotard. It was exciting to see her open the box and the look of shock at receiving one so nice.
