GK Gymnastics Warm Ups Worn by the Junior National Team
The men’s Junior National Team recently conducted a training camp at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. The camp is attended by all members of the Junior National Team and their personal coaches. The camp is organized and overseen by Junior Olympic Program Coordinator Dusty Ritter and National Team Coordinator Kevin Mazeika. The purpose of the team training camp is to focus on education and elite competitive development. Athletes have two training sessions per day and attend daily team meetings. Activities involve skill and routine development, as well as other areas of critical importance to international success including long term planning, strength and conditioning, sports psychology and nutrition. They also receive these GK gymnastics warm ups that create a unified, professional look across the athletes.
